Your premium tough case will be made to order in the US, so allow a couple of biz days to manufacture before it is sent. It is usually 3 -5 biz days.
Technology & Inks
Phone Cases are printed in 3D dye sublimation and 12-color sublimation printers and flat UV printing. All inks are water-based.
Quality Control
Quality control in the print provider's facility is a multi-step process involving operator and additional both automated and manual QC checkpoints prior to packaging /shipping.

Packaging control

What is an iPhone "Tough" case?
The iPhone tough case is my favorite case as I have a habit of dropping my phone. It is the most durable case.
It provides advanced shock absorbency with an outer polycarbonate shell and an inner TPU layer.
The case is a snug fit and has a vivid high quality print which has UV protection to protect the print quality. This case is best if you inadvertently drop your phone as it has superior impact resistance to other phone cases.
It has clear open ports but can also be charged wirelessly lying flat.
Made to your order so allow a few days for production (3-7 days) before it is sent to you.
What is made to order and how do I track the mail?
Unique designs and get assistance to manufacture your custom order - size and pattern. Totesi Design sends your order the next morning to be made and this usually takes between 3-7 days and then you will see it is sent and there is a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, no gift wrapping or messages are available at this time. There is no invoice in the package that shows the price if you are sending as a gift. But unfortunately, no gift wrapping.
Wholesale availability
I'm a micro boutique, so can't handle wholesale orders at this time. I also like that my customers enjoy an original, unique item that they can't find in a mall. Who knows what the future holds.:)
No Refunds
There are no refunds or returns as the case is custom made for your phone. Please make sure you check the model in your iPhone settings before ordering.
All cases are checked for quality, if there is a manufacturing issue with the case please message photos / video and a screenshot of the model of your phone from your settings so we can make sure you ordered the right size and I can forward this information for it be made again.
Make sure you order the correct model size
One customer did not check the settings of their phone so ordered the wrong size. Buyer beware - make sure you double check in your phone settings your phone exact model or your case will not fit properly. :)

I really like this iPhone case. The bee illustrations are very detailed and clear, not fuzzy or out of focus like some I have seen. This is a two-part case, with a rubbery inner layer and a hard plastic exterior, so I know my phone is well-protected from bumps and drops. The case protects the edge of the screen without getting in the way of the clear screen protector I have on the front. Mag safe function works well. Overall, I am very happy with this product.
