2. Made to Order 

Your selection is made to order, so any item usually takes 3- 6 days processing time before being sent. The time period includes a thorough quality check on the print and functionality of the case. We use a quality manufacturer so we can trust our product. Our price reflects the quality. 😀

3. Purchase Process 

Double check your model on your iPhone settings before making your order. Select from the dropdown menu and add to cart. At checkout you will see various payment options. As soon as you purchase your will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. If you paid by Pay Pal - it will be sent to your Pay Pal address.

4. Shipping & Tracking Number Email

A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email with your parcel's tracking number will be sent as soon as your case is made, (currently 3-6 days from purchase), so you can track your parcel's journey.

6. Gift Giving

No price is shown on any mail if you are sending as a gift.  Your case is sent quickly directly from the manufacturer, so there is no gift message or wrapping service available at this time. 

7. Returns / Refunds

 All cases are carefully quality checked. In the unlikely event, there is a defect, then just contact us and send a screenshot of your settings with your iPhone model and video / photos of the issue and we can gladly remake the case or refund. There are no refunds for buying the wrong model case - so double check your model in your settings before placing an order.
